He is chartered member of the Institution of Occupational Safety and Health (CMIOSH), and is also a Registered Occupational Health and Safety Consultant on the Occupational Safety and Health Consultants Register (OSHCR). ASE Consulting can work with you in a way that suits your needs, whether that be on a project by project basis, or under a retained contract agreement. With a unique partnership approach Andrew Evans , Andrew works with theatre, arts and entertainment etc. companies to help address specific HSE risks within the sector. He is Scotland's representative at the Health and Safety Executive's Joint Advisory Committee for Entertainment (JACE) forum, and works across the sector to apply best practice initiatives and to develop common standards to help deal with sector specific challenges. Andrew is also the Chair of Scotland's Sound Performance Working Group, which he formed with National and other orchestras across Scotland to provide a forum to address the key risk of noise exposure in the music industry. The aim of the group is to develop a common strategy and joined up approach for hearing conservation and to help mitigate the risk of music induced hearing loss

He holds a BEng (Hons) in Chemical Engineering, a MSc in Safety, Health and Environmental Management, and is a Chartered Member of the Institution of Occupational Safety and Health (CMIOSH), and Registered Safety Practioner.
